Shipping

We offer several flat rate UPS shipping options: 

We calculate delivery times by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on the shipping speed you've chosen. Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days and should arrive within 5-8 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

UPS 2 day and Next Day orders received by 10 AM PST will be processed the same day. Orders after 11 AM PST will be shipped the following business day. Any order placed on the weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

International Shipping

At this time, we are only able to ship to customers within the United States.

Out-of-stock Items

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept backorders for out-of-stock items. If the item you wish to purchase is temporarily out-of-stock, we encourage you to check back soon on our web site or with our Customer Service Department to see if the product is currently available. 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased on our web site, you may return the unused portion for a full refund of the purchase price (excludes shipping charge) within 30 days of the invoice date. Please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a return authorization number and return address information. 

If you were shipped the wrong product, please call our Customer Service Department to obtain a return authorization number and for product return information.
