I bought these after the sales person at my local natural grocery store recommended them. I think finding vitamins kids will eat can be so tricky. They really like these. They actually taste like gummy candy- so I usually have one too ;) It's a nice sweet way to end a meal- and a nice way of making sure they're getting enough vitamin D.

Rainbow Light vitamins are one of my favorite brands. These gummies have a great flavor and gives me the vitamin D that I feel like I need. I typically take more vitamin D supplements during the fall and winter when I am outside less often. This brand is a little more expensive than standard brands but I do think they are better quality!
