    Rated 5 out of 5 by from More Energy I decided to give this product a try because I had been experiencing some fatigue. It has a nice amount of vitamins like ginseng, b6 and b12. FRom those 3 alone I knew it would be the boost that I needed in my life. I get up in the morning and this is the first product that I drink. It has changed my life and given me so much more energy throughout the day. The taste is a little bitter but it is something that you can get use to. If not, you can add a little sweetner to it. This product is a must have to support your immune system and give you a boost.

Living in NY sand not getting out as much in the winter as summer, I tend to find myself with lack or drive or energy to accomplish anything. I started taking this supplement about and after two days, I could feel the difference in my energy level. I find I can stay focused more on the task at hand and have the energy to complete the task. This is a vegetarian supplement with 100% of the B6 and B12 vitamins needed daily. Very good doses of Vit D also. I will continue to take this daily at least through the Winter and Spring seasons to help with energy boost and to support my immune system.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great taste makes it easy to take! These little packets are easy to use and taste great. I have issues swallowing big vitamins so this is a great alternative. I just mix the packet with my bottle of water. The taste is pleasant and a nice addition to keep me healthy.
