How do I redeem my points?
First, log into your Rainbow Light account. On the Rewards Page, visit the Rewards section. If you have enough points, you can exchange them for rewards. You will have until November 30,2026 to redeem points.
How do I redeem my points on an active subscription?
First, log into your Rainbow Light account and visit the Rewards Page. If you have enough points, you can exchange them for rewards.
Once you’ve redeemed your points, you’ll receive a voucher code. To apply it, go to your Auto Delivery Subscription Portal and enter the code under the Discounts section. The discount will automatically apply to your next order.
Do my points expire?
Points expire November 30, 2026. Make sure you use your well-earned points!
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
What is happening to Rainbow Light Rewards?
Our Loyalty Program will officially end on November 30, 2026. After this date, customers will no longer be able to redeem loyalty points.
Why is the Rainbow Light Rewards ending?
We regularly evaluate our programs and offerings to ensure we're providing the best customer experience. As part of this review, we have made the decision to discontinue the Loyalty Program.
When is the last day I can earn points?
As we prepare to discontinue the Loyalty Program on November 30, 2026, existing members can earn points from purchases until September 1,2026. However, any existing points in your account may still be redeemed until the program ends onNovember 30, 2026.

Points must be redeemed by November 30, 2026. Any unused points remaining after this date will expire and cannot be redeemed.
What happens to my points after November 30, 2026?
Any unused points will be forfeited when the program ends and will no longer be available for redemption.
